Vegan potato gratin

Ingredients: for 4 portions:

– 250 ml Schlagfix universal whipping cream
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- 250 ml plant milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- Herb salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1 garlic clove
- some rapeseed oil to grease the mould

Veganes Kartoffelgratin

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Grease a shallow baking dish with the rapeseed oil .
Peel and finely dice the garlic. Peel and finely slice the potatoes. 
Layer one half of the potato slices in the oven dish. Season lightly with herb salt and nutmeg, then spread the other half of the potatoes on top.
Mix the plant milk and whipped cream together and season well with herb salt, nutmeg, pepper and vegetable stock powder. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.

Bake in the oven for approx. 60 minutes.
