Vegan rice pudding

Ingredients: for 2 portions:
- 1 tbsp vegan margarine
– 1 pinch salt
- 80 g rice pudding
- 2 sachets vanilla sugar
- 350 ml plant-based milk, e.g. soya or oat milk
– 150 ml Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream

Preparation:
Bring the vegan margarine, salt, rice pudding, vanilla sugar, plant-based milk and whipped cream to the boil in a pan.
Once it has started to boil, set the temperature to a setting between boil and keep warm.
Now simmer the rice pudding for approx. 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
The rice pudding can be served with hot cherries or cinnamon and sugar.
