Muhallebi Strawberry-Vanilla


- 100ml Water

- 300ml Schlagfix Universell
- 25g Cornstarch
– 20g Sugar
– 150g pureed strawberries
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pinch salt
– Granola and fresh or puried strawberries as topping

Muhallebi Erdbeer-Vanille
Weigh out the whipped cream and the pureed strawberries in a saucepan. Weigh out the water, cornstarch, sugar and a pinch of salt in a separate container. Then heat the whipped cream mixture until it boils. Then add the other ingredients and bring to a boil. After the pudding is thickened, it can already be put in a bowl and decorated with granola, fresh strawberries or strawberry puree, or other toppings as desired.
