Vegan Kaiserschmarrn

Ingredients: for 3 portions:

- 4 tsp baking powder
- 60 g Rapeseed oil with butter flavouring (vegan)
- 90 ml maple syrup
- 260 g spelt flour, fine
- 360 ml plant milk

To serve:

Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream
- fresh blueberries

Veganer Kaiserschmarrn Rezept

Preparation:

Firstly, sieve the baking powder and spelt flour into a bowl. Stir in the oil, plant milk and maple syrup until a smooth dough forms. Put the batter to one side.
Heat a pan with a little oil . Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread it out. Bake for approx. 5 minutes until the bottom is browned and there is only a small layer of liquid batter on the top. Divide into four and turn over.
Fry for a further 2-3 minutes and then tear into smaller pieces with a spatula.
Repeat these steps with the second portion of dough.

The whipped cream needs to be whipped and served with the Kaiserschmarrn together with the blueberries.
