Vegan dip

Ingredients: for 4 portions:

- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of half a lime
- 100 g vegan yoghurt "Skyr Style"
– 100 g Schlagfix vegan salad mayonnaise

Veganer Dip

Preparation:

Mix the garlic cloves, lime juice, yoghurt and Salat-Mayonnaise . Season with salt and pepper while stirring and season to taste.
Ideally, leave the dip to infuse for a while before eating so that the flavour becomes even more full-bodied.
The dip can also easily be turned into a herb dip. To do this, follow the recipe above and mix in some chives, dill or parsley.
