Muhallebi Strawberry-Vanilla
Ingredients:
- 100ml Water
- 300ml Schlagfix universal
- 25g Cornstarch
– 20g Sugar
– 150g pureed strawberries
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pinch salt
– Granola and fresh or puried strawberries as topping
Preparation:
Weigh out the whipped cream and pureed strawberries in a pan. Weigh out the water, cornflour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a separate container. Then heat the whipped cream mixture until it boils. Then add the other ingredients and bring to the boil. Once the pudding has thickened, it can be poured into a bowl and decorated with granola, fresh strawberries or strawberry puree, or other toppings as desired.
