Feta-Melon-Salad with vegan Greek


- 1 middle Watermelon
- 2 packs Schlagfix vegan Greek natural
- 50g Sunflower seeds
- 1 Pack arugula
- 10 mint leafs
- 2 DS olive oil
- 4 DS white balsamico
- 4 DS dark balsamico
– 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper


Cut the melon and the vegan greek into cubes. Chop the arugula and mint leafs and put them to the melon and greek together with the sunflower seeds. Add the olive oil and balsamico. Mix everything up and let it chill a short time. Enjoy cool.
