Vegan ice cream

Ingredients:
– 250 ml Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream
- 30 g almond butter
- Vanilla extract as required
- 25 g liquid sweetener (e.g. date syrup)
- some water
To serve:
– Schlagfix ready-to-spray whipping cream
- vegan chocolate shavings

Preparation:
Puree the whipping cream, almond paste, vanilla extract, sweetener and water in a blender. Then either put the mixture in an ice cream maker or in the freezer and stir every 30-60 minutes until the ice cream has the desired consistency.
This base can now be adapted with different flavours or pureed berries to suit your own taste.
Chocolate pieces or nuts can also be stirred in.
Serve the ice cream with the whipped cream and vegan chocolate shavings.
