Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients into a smooth mixture, cover and leave to rest for at least an hour. The batter should be as thin as possible, add more plant-based milk if necessary.
Bake very thin crepes in a pan brushed with oil.

Serve the crepes with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
