Vegan pudding
Vegan pudding - with a delicious chocolate flavour! This dream vegan dessert can be prepared in just ten minutes. Just give it a try. You won't regret it. Here you will find all the information you need to make this recipe perfectly.
Ingredients: for 4 portions:
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, vegan
- 500 ml oat milk
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 1 Big Spoon Sugar
- 30g Cornstarch
To serve:
– Schlagfix ready-to-spray whipping cream
Preparation:
Place the sugar, cocoa and cornflour in a mixing bowl. Mix with 3-4 tablespoons of oat milk to form a homogeneous mixture.
Heat the remaining oat milk in a pan.
In the meantime, break the chocolate into small pieces. Then add to the oat milk and allow to melt. Bring the chocolate milk to the boil. Then add the cornflour mixture. Bring the whole mixture back to the boil until it forms a thick pudding.
Leave the finished chocolate pudding to cool briefly in the fridge and serve with whipped cream .
