Vegan pizza
Italian-style pizza? Also possible in vegan!
Ingredients:
Pizzateig für 2-3 Pizzen:
- 400 g flour
- ½ cube fresh yeast or 8 g dry yeast
- 30 g virgin olive oil
- 220 g water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Sauce:
- 300 g strained tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
at will:
- Basil
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
Covering:
- 2 peppers, red
- 2 tomatos
– Schlagfix vegan Greek - natural or chilli
- Italian herbs
- vegan cheese alternative
- Rocket salad
Preparation:
Place the yeast in a bowl with the lukewarm water and stir with a whisk to dissolve the yeast.
Now add the remaining ingredients and knead by hand or using a machine until you have a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into a ball. Grease a bowl with a little oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for at least 60 minutes.
Shape the dough into the desired shape and cover.
To make the sauce, place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the seasoning is well mixed in. If desired, the sauce can also be puréed so that there are no onion pieces in the sauce.
Then spread the sauce over the pastry. Spread the tomatoes, peppers and Schlagfix vegan Greek over the pastry.
Pour the cheese alternative over the topping and season to taste.
The topping can be personalised and changed according to your own taste.
Bake the pizza at 200 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
After baking, spread the rocket on the pizza.
