Vegane Pancakes
Delicious vegan pancakes, here's how!
Ingredients:
– 200 g wheat flour 405
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 g baking powder
- 250 ml soya milk vanilla
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp apple sauce
- some oil (rapeseed oil)
Topping:

- Fruit; for example strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
Preparation:
Firstly, mix all the dry ingredients well in a bowl.
Then add the soya milk, apple cider vinegar and apple sauce. Mix everything well with a whisk.
Then cover the batter and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. For extra fluffy pancakes, it is best to leave the batter in the fridge overnight.
Finally, the pancakes can be baked. To do this, heat a little oil in the pan and bake small pancakes over a medium heat.
Leave the first side in the pan for about 4 minutes and the second side for about 3 minutes.
Then serve the pancakes with vegan whipped cream and fruit.
