Vegan brownies
Ingredients: for 8 portions (20×30 cm baking tin):
- 140 g vegan chocolate coating
- 100 ml rapeseed oil with butter flavouring (vegan)
– ½ banana
– ½ small avocado
– 70 g walnuts
- 100g cocoa powder
- 100g cane sugar
- 200g sugar
- 200g wheat flour
- ½ tsp orange zest
- 270ml water
– 1 pinch salt
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
To serve:
– Schlagfix ready-to-spray whipping cream
- 8 fresh raspberries
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Firstly, chop the chocolate coating and walnuts into small pieces. Then puree the avocado, banana and rapeseed oil in a bowl using a hand blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix into the mixture. Then add the chopped walnuts and the chocolate coating and mix everything briefly.
Grease a baking tin. Spread the mixture evenly in the tin and bake for approx. 30 minutes. The batter should still be a little sticky when the brownies are baked. Leave the brownies to cool and cut into 8 pieces.
The whipped cream is suposed to be piped onto the brownies. Serve each brownie with a raspberry on top of the cream.
