Vegan Bolognese
A little bit of Italy at home. This vegan bolognese with cream is quick to prepare and very tasty. Find out how to make it here and enjoy the flavour of dolce vita in vegan, without any compromises.
Ingredients: for 4 portions:
- 5 tomatos
- 1 onion, red
- 200ml water
- 500 g vegan minced meat
- 2 tsp paprika
– 200 ml Schlagfix universal whipping cream
Preparation:
Firstly, dice the onion and fry the vegan mince. Add the onion after a short time. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Then add the tomatoes to the mince and onions. Fry everything for a few minutes. Then add the water. Add the whipped cream as soon as the tomatoes are soft.
Season with paprika, pepper and salt and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
If you like spiciness, you can also add hot spices when seasoning.
The bolognese is best served with spaghetti.
