Muhallebi with Lemon

Ingredients:

- 100ml Water

- 300ml Schlagfix Universell
- 25g Cornstarch
- 30g Sugar
- 4 Teaspoons Lemonjuice
- Grated half a lemon
- Granola and grated lemon as topping

Preparation:
Weigh out the whipped cream in a saucepan. Weigh out the water, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice in a separate container. Then heat the whipped cream until it boils. Then add the other ingredients and bring to a boil. After the pudding is thickened, it can already be put in a bowl and decorated with granola and lemon zest, or with other toppings as desired.
