Ingredients::
150 ml Schlagfix universal whipping cream
250 g chocolate coating (70% cocoa)
75 g vegetable margarine
400 g Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream
Preparation:
Add the Schlagfix universal whipping cream together with the margarine and chocolate coating and melt over a bain-marie. Then whip up the Schlagfix sweetened whipping cream and fold in the melted chocolate. A smooth and creamy chocolate mousse is ready.
Tip:
If you don't have any sweetened whipped cream on hand, you can alternatively use Schlagfix universal whipped cream and sweeten it with agave syrup as desired.
