Pumpkin cream soup - creamy & delicious 

Ingredients for 4 portions:
600 g Hokkaido pumpkin (pureed)
400 ml Schlagfix universal whipping cream
300 ml vegetable stock
6 tsp curry powder or paste
Salt & Pepper

 

Preparation:
Heat the pureed pumpkin in a saucepan. Then add Schlagfix universal whipping cream and mix with the pumpkin. Then add the vegetable stock and curry powder. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.  
 
Tip:
The pumpkin cream soup can be individually refined with all kinds of vegetables and spices (e.g. spring onions, celery, garlic, ginger, soy sauce).
