Germany's best brands were once again honoured with the German Customer Award in 2023. The award is based on the study of the same name conducted by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV). More than 340,000 customer opinions were collected on over 1,800 brands that sell products from 148 product segments. The results were then used to compile the best lists. The exact scores of the ratings are made up of the individual results of the three types of assessment: Customer satisfaction, quality, value for money.
