Vegan tiramisu
Ingredients: (8 portions):
- 220 g ladyfingers, vegan
- 100 g icing sugar
- 150 ml espresso or strong coffee
– 500 g Whipped cream like mascarpone
– 300 g Schlagfix universal whipping cream
- 2 tbsp amaretto
Preparation:
Brew the espresso and leave to cool completely.
Then place the Mascarpone in a bowl with the icing sugar and mix together. Whip the cream in a separate bowl with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the mascarpone. Pour the espresso and amaretto into a bowl and briefly dip the ladyfingers in it. Then place them side by side in a baking dish. As soon as the base is covered, spread half of the mascarpone cream over it and smooth it out.
Dip the remaining sponge fingers in the coffee again and spread another layer over the mascarpone. Then spread another layer of the cream.
Place the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. The tiramisu can be sprinkled with vegan baking cocoa before serving.
