Vegan mushroom pan

Quick and easy to make with a fairground feel. Try it out and enjoy a delicious meal.

Ingredients: for 4 portions:

– 400 ml Schlagfix universal whipping cream
- 800 g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Herbs de Provence
- Tomato paste
- some rapeseed oil with butter flavour (vegan)

Preparation:

Quarter the mushrooms. Then chop the garlic cloves, peel the onions and cut into rings. 
Then sauté the mushrooms, onions and garlic in the pan with the oil. Add a little tomato purée for colour.
After a while, deglaze with the whipped cream . Then season with salt, herbes de Provence and pepper. 
Bring everything to the boil and simmer for a few minutes so that the spices can infuse well.

Serve the rice pan with bread rolls, pasta or rice.
