Vegan chocolate mousse

Ingredients: for 4 portions:

- 60 ml plant milk of your choice

– 140 ml Schlagfix universal whipping cream

- 100 g dark chocolate, vegan

Vegane Mousse au Chocolat rezept

Preparation:

Chop the chocolate (except for one piece) and melt in the plant-based milk. This can be done in a bain-marie, for example.
Chill the chocolate sauce for approx. 60 minutes.

The whipped cream needs to be whipped until stiff and mix well with the chocolate sauce. Fill the cream into small glasses. Chop the remaining chocolate and decorate the cream with it. Chill for at least 3 hours.
