Vegan waffles

Ingredients: for about 20 waffles:

- 500 ml soya milk vanilla
- 100 ml mineral water
- 25 g cane sugar
- 500 g flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
– 125g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil with butter flavouring (vegan)

To serve:

- Fresh fruit, e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Preparation:

Mix the flour, cane sugar, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Then add the soya milk, mineral water and rapeseed oil and mix to form a homogeneous batter.
Pour the batter in stages into a lightly greased waffle iron and bake.

The waffles are great served with fresh fruit and the Schlagfix ready-to-spray whipped cream as a topping.
