Es gibt zahlreiche vegane Alternativen f\u00fcr Brotaufstrich. Nussmus und Marmelade sind in den meisten F\u00e4llen vegan. Auch gibt es viele leckere vegane Wurst- und K\u00e4sealternativen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Butter<\/strong>
Butter kann einfach durch pflanzliche Margarine oder vegane Butter ersetzt werden. Wer sich beim Einkaufen unsicher ist, dem kann das V-Label helfen, sich zu orientieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • 5 EL Wasser (37 ml)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • 1 TL <\/span>Raps\u00f6l mit Buttergeschmack<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Tomaten, nach Geschmack<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Zwiebeln, nach Geschmack<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Zubereitung:<\/b><\/p>\n

    Die Zutaten mit einem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren. Danach mit etwas Raps\u00f6l in einer Pfanne f\u00fcr ca. 5 Minuten braten. Anschlie\u00dfend vorsichtig trennen.<\/span>
    Das R\u00fchrei kann mit Tomaten und frischen Zwiebeln angebraten werden und auf Brot oder einfach so gegessen werden.<\/span>
