White Mousse with Coconut
Ingredients for 4 persons:
200 ml Schlagfix sweetened whipped cream
150 g Chocolate (white)
100 g Coconut, desiccated
4 cl Coconut liqueur
Kiwi or other fruits for the garnish
Mix a third whipped cream with the white chocolate, melted in a hot water bath. Then, gradually mix the remaining two-thirds of the whipping cream and the desiccated coconut soaked in coconut liqueur.
Fill the mousse in dessert bowls and garnish with kiwi or other fruits.
If you have made too much dessert, just freeze it and enjoy it as ice cream!
